On the recommendation of High power Committee of H P U Shimla Letter No. 3-1/80-HPU (Genl.) Vol. XII Dated Shimla -5 26th August , 2017 and the powers vested to vice- chancellor under section 12-C(7) of the H.P. University. Act, 1970 for Construction of nomination based College Students Central Association (CSCA) for the Academic Session 2024-25. After following all norms for the formation of nomination based College Students Central Association (CSCA) from above notifications, the nomination committee of Govt. college Kotli , District Mandi declared the college nomination based College Students Central Association (CSCA) for the Academic Session 2025-26 as appended below:-
